To make a valid claim, we advise our customers to follow the below mentioned guide;
-Fill all fields of the claim form providing us with uncompromised information.
-Mention the date of purchase; provide details on proof of purchase and the location from where you purchased your Big Cat E-bike.
-Please provide details of the shop or professional who helped you in assembly of the Big Cat E-bike
-Submit a detailed description of problems you are facing with the bike.
-Enclose picture(s) of defective pieces & your proof of purchase
-Deliver back the defected components to us. Upon careful examination of the parts, Big Cat holds the right to do either of the following; a. Issue a new component, replace the existing with a similar component or repair the impaired part.
Note: All costs for shipment of damaged component back to Big Cat will be charged to the customer.

Upon commencement of the warranty, the buyer has the right to acquire warranty services as mentioned in the following;
PRODUCTS HAVING WARRANTY
The Big Cat ® warranty has cover for all authentic components. The warranty is especially for fresh components of the brand that may show a fault in the make when unpacked and erected for use.
WARRANTY PERIOD 1 year - Parts Only - Labor EXCLUDED.
TERMS OF WARRANTY
The warranty bearing ‘Parts Only’ will be effective in replacing parts that are found to have a fault in the make or material. For a guide on exclusions from the claim, refer to the below;
-Customers must bring the E-bike to a mechanic or shop for diagnosis of the issue
-Shipping costs for parts bearing warranty are charged to customers
-The customers is liable to pay for the installation costs of components bearing warranty
-Customers are expected to deliver the damaged articles to Big Cat ® to ensure that the warranty reconfirms validity
-A return not bearing the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Big Cat® will not be accepted.
-In case the customer does not deliver the replaced/damaged components, subsequently the warranty will be considered invalid for future.
-Big Cat Worldwide, Inc. reserves the right to take up the replacement job for damaged components or assign another brand of equivalent value for the same job.
-The return for a Big Cat ® Electric Bike will only be accepted if it is returned in original container with authentic packing and in the same condition as it was delivered undamaged. To compensate for restocking the refund amount will be subject to a 25% deduction.
-Big Cat warranty does not cover shipping costs for parts bearing warranty.
-The claim may be considered invalid if a modification (technical or mechanical) is made to the vehicle
-If an installation of unauthentic component has already been made.
-Parts that are prone to worn out
-In case of any repair made to the E-bike, which was not performed by Authorized Big Cat ® dealers
-Claim may become invalid if the vehicle has been used inappropriately such as for performing stunts
-A lack of maintenance as opposed to guided
-Impairment of components caused by poor assembly
-The claim is exempt from scenarios of a fall or collision of the vehicle
-Extreme weather which affected the vehicle
-Parts affected due to use of cleaning agents, and high pressure tools for cleaning
-If the bike has been rented out for commercial purpose
-Wear parts are not warrantied:
-Bump stops contained in shock systems and forks.
- Coatings on fork stanchions and shock absorber pistons (applies to models with suspension fork)
- Rubber made movable parts
- Brake Disks and Pads
- Rim flanges
- Slide rings and Bushings (plain)
- Bar grips
- Handlebar tape
- Cassettes, chain rings and wheel
- Bearing seatings and Bearings
- Airtight seals
- Rubber coatings of Shifting Levers
- Shifting components
- Foam parts
- Fenders, chain guide
- Actuating cables and outer sleeves
- Spoke and Dust rings
CLAIMING AND PROCEDURE OF WARRANTY CLAIM
You are asked to make claims directly through your dealer for Big Cat or the Big Cat Worldwide Inc. Submit along your authentic order number, date of buying and picture(s) of the faulty component. The warranty will usually commence from the date of warranty admission till next 12 months. The period may be prolonged in case you have an extended warranty.
To proceed with your warranty claim, your dealer for Big Cat will submit a description along with the serial number to us. The request may be taken up and may suggest further inspection of damaged components, which must be disassembled and delivered to Big Cat in the same condition.
Big Cat will deliver the replaced or reconditioned components bearing warranty to the dealer, who in turn, will perform the job of piecing up components or may get it done through a mechanic or bike shop.
PROVISIONS OF WARRANTY FOR BIGCAT® WORLDWIDE, INC ARE
THE WARRANTY PROVISIONS OF BIG CAT ® WORLDWIDE, INC INDICATE WIDER-COVERAGE AND ARE COMPLETE
IT IS INFORMED THAT NO PARTNER, DEALER, EXCEPT BIG CAT ITSELF, HAS THE AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE GURRANTEE OR ANY KIND OF WARRANTY CLAIM OR RIGHTS TO CUSTOMERS, APART FROM THE AFOREMENTIONED WARRANTY PROVISIONS.
If you make up your mind to return the item, you have 7 days to further use. If you still want to return, you may submit it to Big Cat, following the procedure for return. Ensure that the item is returned in its authentic packing and boxes and relevant papers. A 25% restocking cost will be deducted for the refund.
Big Cat does not pay for shipment of returned equipment. However, you may contact us so that we can connect with FedEx to get the item from you.
Upon receipt of the item at Big Cat, inspection of the product will be done to see for damages, if any. If the product is found to be damage-free, a refund will be made of the due amount after deducing 25% restocking fee and shipping charges.
