CIVI BIKES WARRANTY & REFUND
CIVI Bikes provides warranty for leading components that are highly reliable. The warranty policy is as follows;
Frame: Warranty of a Lifetime.
Components and store accessories: One-year warranty.
Battery warranty: Two-years warranty. Following expiry of warranty, the battery will still have 70% of its initial capacity providing 800 complete charges.
The warranty policy is ONLY valid for Continental states of the US
The return policy of CIVI Bikes provides you the right to request for refund or exchange of your E-bike within a week from the date of receipt. We will advise you to refer the terms of warranty to be better informed of the return procedure.
Charges for Return Shipment:
Please note that if you purchase an item under a promotion with free-shipping, you will not be entitled to claim for refund for shipment costs. Also, if the requested return is irrelevant to substandard quality of components or damages, but only due to personal choice of the buyer, they will be charged the shipping costs.
In case your request for return has been approved, CIVI BIKES will arrange for pick-up of the product informing you the date and delivering you a pre-paid shipment receipt. The shipment charges will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
The item returned must be in the same condition as delivered to you. It should have its authentic packing, papers, and accessories. If any component is found to be missing from the returned package, an amount equal to the component’s value will be deducted from the refund. Please also note that any damage caused to any component due to return shipment will be deducted from the refund.
Also, all returned items will be affected with a deduction of 20% restocking and inspection charges from the total amount.
The refund is made between 2 to 3 weeks following acquisition and inspection of the unit.
The time to get the delivery of the exchanged unit may vary depending upon your location.
In case the item you are shipping back has a value over $75, we suggest you to use tracking service, and arrange for shipping insurance. We suggest using premium courier service as we do not guarantee that your returned item will be received.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Q: How can I get a Refund?
A: If your return has been received and approved by the inspection team, you will get the refund for the product within a span of 3-5 business days.
Q: Is there any option to cancel my order?
A: To provide timely service to our customers, we ensure that orders are processed in an instance when they are confirmed. Majority of the orders are processed within 12 hours of the purchase.
You can easily cancel an order, which is in queue but awaiting shipment. However, you will be charged an administrative fee of $100.
Also, if you want to cancel an order which has been shipped already, we recommend you to follow the steps in the ‘return policy’. Your refund amount will be subject to return shipment costs and a 15% restocking fee to compensate for the manufacturer.
